Where we deliver
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh by courier.
Delivery time and charges

Heavier parcels cost a little more. Your exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. Some orders qualify for free delivery above a minimum order value; if yours does, the cart and checkout show it.
Delivery times start when we confirm your order, count working days (Saturday to Thursday) and can be longer around public holidays or bad weather.
After you order
- We confirm your order by email and prepare it, usually within 1–2 working days.
- When it is handed to the courier you receive an email with the courier and tracking code, if there is one.
- You can follow your order any time from Track an order or your account.
Paying for your order
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
- bKash or Nagad: send the amount to the number shown at checkout and enter the transaction ID. We confirm the payment and ship. An order that is still unpaid after about 24 hours is cancelled automatically.
- Pre-orders: an advance may be required. The amount and the expected arrival date are shown on the product page and at checkout.
When the parcel arrives
- Keep your phone on: the courier calls before delivery.
- If you can, open the parcel in front of the courier and film the unboxing. A short video is the fastest way to settle a problem with a damaged or wrong item. See Returns and warranty.
- If a delivery fails, the courier tries again. Parcels that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts return to us and we contact you.
