How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka usually 1–2 days, Dhaka suburbs 2–3 days and outside Dhaka 3–5 days, counted from order confirmation on working days (Saturday to Thursday).
What does delivery cost?
From ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳100 in the Dhaka suburbs and ৳130 outside Dhaka. The exact charge for your parcel is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Bangladesh. You can also pay by bKash or Nagad.
What if my part arrives broken or wrong?
Tell us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. We replace damaged, dead-on-arrival and wrong items at no cost. See Returns and warranty.
Do parts come with a warranty?
There is no warranty beyond the 3-day replacement for damaged, dead-on-arrival or wrong items. Parts that are used, burnt out or wired wrongly are not covered.
Can I buy in bulk for a class or company?
Yes. Use Request a quote with your parts list and we reply with prices valid for 7 days.
How do I track my order?
